St. Paul’s is happy to welcome the Rev. Steven Peay as our celebrant for back-to-back September Sundays — September 4th and 11th. Many know Father Peay and his wife Julie from the time they spend worshiping with us and from the well-received adult formation sessions drawing on his experience and scholarship as professor, dean of theology, priest, deacon and former monastic novice at the Benedictine Saint Vincent Archabbey in Pennsylvania.
Peay, the Dean and President of Nashotah House Seminary, will reprise that formation leader role in a 9 a.m session on September 11th in the Community Room on a topic that draws on his deep experience: “The Benedictine Influence on the Development of Anglicanism.”
Please share your appreciation with Father Peay for sharing his gifts and leadership with us as we discern our way toward the naming of a new rector.
