The Nominating Committee is receiving names for Vestry, Diocesan Convention Deputies and Alternates, and members of the Nominating Committee. Participants at the Annual Meeting vote on these as presented by the Nominating Committee, in addition to electing the Wardens. To be nominated a person needs to be a communicant in good standing and give permission for his or her name to be put forward. Additional nominations must be submitted for Vestry to the chair of the Nominating Committee two weeks prior to the meeting. No nominations will be accepted from the floor. The Annual Meeting date is set for Sunday, January 24, 2010, after the 10:15 am service.
